Spence as, "Weed Guy," doesn't exactly hear Panic! at the Disco's "High Hopes" the same way as you and I. He pretty much hears the word "high" and that's all the inspiration he needs. So, on his trusty Casio, here is Spence's Song of the Week, for Friday, February 1st, titled "High on Dope."
