Beyoncé once asked, “Who runs the world?” with the answer, of course, being “girls.” In the video for “Bang Bang,” Jessie J shows her leadership skills by running one particular town, with a little help from Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj.

In the Hannah Lux Davis-directed video, which premiered right after the ladies left the MTV VMAs stage, Jessie J struts into town with her hot pink Beats headphones, riling up all the men with her rather forward requests.

Grande keeps things naughty in her bedroom, while Minaj helicopters in with a few dancers to plug her flavored Moscato. All three meet up later on top of a roof to let every man know they’ll be the bad girl to blow their mind.
